ProPricer's Origin Story

It used to be that proposal teams struggled through the tedious and redundant process of developing one cost proposal after another while bogged down by the limitations of their homegrown or spreadsheet-based pricing systems. During his time as a government contract management professional, Joseph Shurance, founder of ProPricer, experienced first-hand the laborious proposal process that would meet the detailed requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). So Joe started ProPricer and in 1984, the original edition of ProPricer proposal pricing software (now known as ProPricer Contractor Edition) was introduced with a focus on serving federal contractors bidding on large-dollar supply contracts. Today, the name ProPricer reflects a full line of proposal pricing solutions designed for businesses of all growth stages and contracts of all types.
