Monterrey, CA – The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has kicked off a new collaboration with ProPricer this school year, and with it, comes a refresh of their class outline for their Cost/Price Analysis and Negotiations Courses.
This collaboration builds upon stakeholder unity of effort within the Defense 
Acquisition System (DAS). ProPricer’s educational initiative is the first milestone in a broader plan to help the company better understand how to work with academic institutions to update and develop innovative approaches to cost and pricing analysis.
“This effort advances the operational effectiveness of acquisition and contracting leaders through a blend of defense-focused graduate education and the realities of our current DAS mission area,” said Professor Kelley Poree.

Working with him to develop exercises that show "real world" needs for these future Contracting and Program Officers, has meant that students get the right amount of exposure to de facto pricing tool in the industry.”

NPS continues to enhance and improve the curriculum to best serve student’s needs. Having this familiarity allows ProPricer to further develop the product in ways that meets the needs of its user base, and the students learn ways to benefit us all by streamlining the negotiations process.
