    Customer Success

    Customer Success Account Manager                                                                                    

    The Customer Success Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, training, and growth within a company. Their primary responsibility is to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and proactively address any issues or challenges they may face, whilst ensuring their success with ProPricer.

    As a Customer Success Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for being the primary point of contact for customers. You’ll develop an understanding of their business and engage with them to ensure that ProPricer is giving them maximum value. By collaborating with other teams, you’ll conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify upselling opportunities and increase retention. In addition, you’ll participate in the customer onboarding process as well as other training events.

    The person we are looking for will have a bachelor’s degree, prior experience in a customer support role, and be able to work independently. You’ll need to be proactive and have a customer-centric approach as well as be able to focus on finding solutions to customer challenges.

    This position is in the DFW Office.

    Solution Engineer

    Are you an engineer who enjoys face-to-face interaction with prospects and sales? If so, we have a position for you! We are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to assist our sales department. This crucial position has a direct interface with prospects, new customers as well as the sales and customer success team. You’ll be working to develop proposal models, conduct product demonstrations, and assist with new customer onboarding.

    We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, who is customer focused and can build strong customer relationships. As you will be working closely with all members of the sales and onboarding team, you’ll have great communications skills, be a problem solver as well as be results driven. You should have proficiency in SalesForce or a similar CRM system.

    This position is in the DFW office.
